Job Overview - Position: Lift Operations - Location: Niigata Prefecture, Minami-Uonuma District Ski Resort - Employment Type: Temporary - Salary: 1,230 yen per hour Job Description - General operations at the ski resort lift on the premises - Customer ticket verification - Guidance - Response during lift maintenance - Surrounding cleaning Working Hours - Working Hours: Approximately 8 hours between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm - Days Off: More than 4 days in 4 weeks Access - Train: 3 minutes by car from JR Joetsu Shinkansen Echigo-Yuzawa Station (shuttle bus available) - Car: 5 minutes from Kanetsu Expressway Yuzawa IC Application Requirements - Required Japanese Level: Intermediate level (daily conversation required) - Required Languages: Japanese is required, English, Chinese, and Korean are welcomed Benefits - Free dormitory, water, utility expenses, and meals - Transportation allowance provided - Free lift tickets (usable around the ski resort) - Free hot spring access - Wi-Fi available in the building - Free uniform provided - Car allowed - Free shuttle bus usage - Complete with social insurance, employment insurance, and workers' compensation insurance Employment Period - Start in December: Must be able to work for more than 2 months - Start in January: Must be able to work for more than 2 months - Full season work welcome Dress Code - Women: At least two pairs of black slacks, black shoes, hair neatly tied, thick rubber boots - Men: At least two pairs of black slacks, black shoes, black socks, several white Y-shirts, grooming products, thick rubber boots Rewards - The biggest benefit is the staff perks.
